Butterflies and Dragons Limited total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Butterflies and Dragons Limited to the customer. Butterflies and Dragons Limited shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Butterflies and Dragons Limited cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated with each product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Prices
Prices are correct at time of publishing, are valid until 31st December 2011 and include VAT where applicable. Cancellation
Please note that distance selling regulations entitle you to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days after the day on which you receive your goods.
