Prices
Prices are correct at time of publishing, are valid until 31st December 2008 and include VAT where applicable. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Availabilty
All items are subject to availability.
We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

Cancellation
Please note that distance selling regulations entitle you to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days after the day on which you recieve your goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please email sales@butterfliesanddragons.co.uk. If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please contact us in the first instance, to let us know. We will then either arrange to collect the items from you, or alternatively ask you to return them to us. Please understand that whether the return is due to a quality problem or a change of heart it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly protected on their way back to us. We strongly recommend that you do not dispose of any packaging until you are sure that all is well.

PROCEDURE: When you contact us we will issue you with a RETURNS NUMBER. Please enclose a note with this number referenced with your returning parcel so that we can identify it. We cannot be responsible for parcels returned without this number. Please return the items to us, within 30 days, with the original packaging (in a re-saleable condition) and we’ll refund or replace – it’s that simple. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded. If for any reason the item needs collecting from you this will automatically incur a collection charge equal to the delivery charge. In all instances the original delivery charge in non-refundable unless the product is faulty. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

We use the information we hold on your records for operational purposes; for example processing your order, dealing with queries, tracking deliveries, reviewing past purchases.
