RETURNS
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please contact us in the first instance, to let us know. We will then either arrange to collect the items from you, or alternatively ask you to return them to us.  Occasionally, it is not necessary for faulty items to be returned, but we will confirm to you whether we require items to be returned or not.  Please understand that whether the return is due to a quality problem or a change of heart it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly protected on their way back to us. We strongly recommend that you do not dispose of any packaging until you are sure that all is well.

Please enclose your name, address and order number in your returning parcel so that we can identify it. We cannot be responsible for parcels returned without this information.  When you return items to us, they must be in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition.  We will only offer a refund if the items is faulty, otherwise we will happily arrange either a credit note or a replacement item.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded. If for any reason the item needs collecting from you this will automatically incur a collection charge equal to the delivery charge. In all instances the original delivery charge in non-refundable unless the product is faulty.  Returns will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of returned goods.
