Placing your Order Please place your order with Butterflies and Dragons online through our website. The website is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We accept all major credit and debit cards, however we do not accept American Express. Our website is secure and have a security certificate from Comodo to ensure the safety and security of your credit card details when you place an order with us. (Hover your mouse over the security certificate at the bottom, right hand corner of your screen.) We do not store your credit card details anywhere on our website.

Delivery Information
We will despatch all items on your order that are in stock promptly. Any items that are out of stock will be sent to you as soon as they come into stock. Orders will be send via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Interlink Express or DPD courier services. You will have the choice of delivery service at the checkout dependant upon what you spend, how much your parcel weighs and of course, where it is going.
Delivery to Mainland UK Addresses
All orders will be offered our Standard Courier service which is FREE on orders over £75. For orders under £75, our Standard Courier service at £5.95 is available. With these services, you can expect to receive your order within 5 days of placing your order as long as your items are in stock. If your parcel is small and weighs under 2kg, you can select to have your parcel sent to you by Royal Mail for just £3.95. This is usually a 2-5 day service once your order has been updated to despatched. In addition, we offer Free Delivery to our local customers who live in one of the following postcode areas: GU25,SL5,GU20,GU18,GU19,GU24,GU15 and GU16. If you do not live in one of these areas, but are having your parcel delivered there, you will still also be offered Free Delivery.
Delivery to UK Highlands & Islands of Scotland Addresses
For deliveries to the following postcode areas:
HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3. All orders will be offered our Standard Courier service at £11.95. The courier service may take up to two days for certain areas. You will be notified by email of your expected delivery day once your order has been despatched. If your parcel weighs more than 30kg then you will be prompted to contact us for your delivery price. You can expect to recieve your order within 5 days of placing your order as long as your items are in stock. If your parcel is small and weighs under 2kg, you can select to have your parcel sent to you by Royal Mail for just £3.95. For parcels over 2kg you will be offered Royal Mail prices from £3.95 through to £11.95
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly
For deliveries to the following postcode areas: BT, IM & TR21-25. All orders will be offered our Standard Courier service Standard Courier service at £12.95. The courier service may take up to two days for certain areas. You will be notified by email of your expected delivery day once your order has been despatched. If your parcel weighs more than 30kg then you will be prompted to contact us for your delivery price. You can expect to receive your order within 5 days of placing your order as long as your items are in stock. For parcels over 2kg you will be offered Royal Mail prices from £3.95 through to £11.95
Delivery to Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Sark)
All orders up to 10kg will be offered our Standard Courier service at £14.95. The courier service may take up to two days for certain areas. You will be notified by email of your expected delivery day once your order has been despatched. If your parcel weighs more than 10kg then you will be prompted to contact us for your delivery price. You can expect to receive your order within 5 days of placing your order as long as your items are in stock. For parcels over 2kg you will be offered Royal Mail prices from £3.95 through to £11.95
EXPRESS NEXT DAY SERVICE
For last minute orders or a present that you have to have in a hurry - we are delighted to be able to offer you an Express Next Day service. This service is available to all UK Mainland addresses for £8.95 and for UK Highlands & Scottish Islands for £14.95 and Other Islands listed above for £16.95. This service is available for orders which are placed before 1pm. We will process and despatch your order the same day for delivery the next day by 5pm. This service is available for in stock items only. Please note in some remote areas this may be a 2 day service. Any Express orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day for delivery the day after. Express orders placed by 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Delivery to European and Rest of the World destinations
Our delivery charges for European destinations are subject to a maximum weight of 30kg. If your order is over 30kg then you will be prompted to contact us at the checkout to confirm your delivery charges prior to completing your order. Our charges are also based upon one parcel. If your order requires despatch with two parcels additional charges may apply. We will contact you to discuss this further. You are also responsible for any import charges that your country may impose upon your parcel.
If your parcel is small and weighs under 2kg then you will have the choice to send your parcel to you by Royal Mail to any European destination from £4.95. This is usually a 2-5 day service once your order has been despatched.
Delivery to Europe ZONE 1: Belgium, mainland France (excluding Corsica), Monaco, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Republic of Ireland. All orders will be offered our Standard Courier service at £16.95. This is a 3-7 day service from despatch.
Delivery to Europe ZONE 2: Italy, Spain (excluding the Canary and Balearic Islands), Portugal, Greece, Austria, Denmark, Leichtenstein, Czec Republic & Slovakia. All orders will be offered our Standard Courier service at £19.95. This is a 3-7 day service from despatch.
Delivery to Europe ZONE 3: Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia & Sweden. All orders will be offered our Standard Courier service at £24.95. This is a 3-7 day service from despatch.
Delivery to Europe ZONE 4: Greece, Bulgaria, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania & Romania. All orders will be offered our Standard Courier service at £29.95. This is a 3-7 day service from despatch.
Delivery to Europe ZONE 5: Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia and Switzerland. All orders will be offered our Standard Courier service at £55.95. This is a 3-7 day service from despatch. Additional clearance will be required for parcels to Switzerland.We will contact you prior to despatch.
If you would like your parcel delivered to a European destination which is not listed above or any other destination in the Rest of the World. You will be prompted to contact us to obtain your delivery charges for your order.
