How to Order and Delivery Details
You can order products directly from our website, online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can pay using most major credit cards. Alternatively, you can post your order to us by printing off your order, and posting it to us at Butterflies and Dragons, PO Box 1185, Windlesham, Surrey GU20 6WN. Please enclose your credit card details for payment.
If you have any questions please contact us using the email form on the site and we will personally respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can speak to us by calling 01273 90 60 40.
All items that we have in-stock will be despatched the next day and should be received within 5-7 working days, except during very busy periods. |

1. FREE DELIVERY FOREVER Promise - this means that we offer a free delivery service to customers who live in Windlesham, Lightwater, Bagshot, Sunningdale, Sunninghill, Ascot, Camberley, Frimley and Chobham. More specifically, customers who live in these postcode areas: GU25,SL5,GU20,GU18,GU19,GU24,GU15 and GU16. Your eligibility for this offer will be confirmed at the checkout. If you live in one of these postcode areas you will get an automatic option for Free Delivery during the checkout.

2. All orders to under £10 in value - To all other areas in the UK, we pride ourselves in keeping our delivery costs as low as possible. If your order value is under £10, we will only charge you £4.95 to cover the costs of handling and delivery. These charges will be calculated and automatically added to your order at the checkout.

3. Orders over £10, but under £100 in value - We will charge handling and delivery fee of £5.95 on all orders between £10 and £75 in value, which will be automatically added to the order at the checkout.
3. Orders over £100 in value - Orders over £100 in value we will despatch free of charge.
4. Supplementary Charges - We will charge supplementary charges of £3.95, £9.95 or £14.95 on all orders for heavier toys or pieces of children's furniture. You will see the  symbol to indicate a supplement of £9.95. You will see to indicate a supplement of £14.95.
We will not dispatch any order if the incorrect payment has been made. |

If any item is out of stock at our supplier, we will provide you with our best estimate of the expected delivery date, within 48 hours of your order being received. Please note that some of the larger items, particularly furniture, may take up to six weeks to deliver.
Please note that the delivery timescales detailed above are from date of order to date of delivery. They are estimates only and do not form part of our contract to you.
Overseas Orders
We can only ship SMALL items overseas. We can ship to most overseas destinations. For all orders outside the UK Mainland, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland, there is an additional handling charge of £4.95 plus postage at cost for all parcels. We can post to BFPOs at the cost charged to us by the British Forces Post Office plus a £5.95 handling fee. Please email us to request a delivery quotation for all destinations outside the UK Mainland.
